Well the better weather has come and as normal car has had a few changes

First was the New Milotec DTM Bumper extensions

these things

Great quality and come with a fitting template and screws/nuts etc Also as they are much flatter than the Seat LCR splitter are less likely to catch on the road

Next up following day was refit the std Airbox that I modded few years back as just fancied a change

result does actually make car feel a little more smoother off the revs and pick up feels better low down. (but could just be me) There is a slight loss at peak revs.

So what did you have on the bottom of your bumper before? Cupra style spoiler?

Love how your car looks.

Yep had 2 Cupra R Splitters and a grass verge ate one and a high road speed pump had the other. So those DTM extension are a better compromise for me.

I'm very happy with mine too :)

Yeah starting to grow on me and feels really nice to hold. I need to get airbag disabled as currently light is on even though I fitted the resistors from the boss kit.

did you disabled the airbag with VCDS?

Looks good dude and aftermarket non airbag steering wheels feel so much better than the big bulky standard vrs one don't they :)

But brace yourself as the briskoda safety police could be along shortly to tell you of your impending death due to having no airbag though lol

I like those front bumper trims, not seen them before.

Have you got a better pic of the front end with the tint on?

Make sure you keep your old steering wheel, it's an MOT failure now.

air bags are for fat Americans that can fit a seat belt around anyway... well the front ones at least

Like the dtm splitter things. Where were they from?

Isn't that only if your dash says there's an air bag problem? if you got the front one coded out and the fault isn't present thats ok?

There is also a failure for a missing airbag.

When I'm home this evening I'll post the page from the manual. The testing manual is available online as a pdf. If you want to download it, the airbag section is 5.4 or 5.5

I'm not being an arse, just pointing it out

Replace OMP centre boss with a vynl one saying 'airbag'

I tried but only had VCDS lite and it would not let me get to the airbag controller
