As title really.

Some scrote has caught my front bumper in the work car park. It's the sort of little thing that most car owners think 'meh, whatever' to but it's spoiled my immaculate car and I'm gutted.

Does anyone know the 'right' silver for the mk1 vRS and is this an easy halfords buy for a touch up pen or is it dealer only?

I've had a lot of difficulty in the past getting touch ins for cars that are no longer the current model so hoping it's a fiver in halfords

Might do chips away in the future but hoping that I can do a touch up for now.

I got a couple of cans of proper colour match spray off www.micksgarage.ie. Im sure ECP do it too.

a can of the colour, and a can of the lacquer to bring up the colour properly.

so getting the colour shouldnt be hard, its on the chassis sticker, just cant remember which bit!

Havnt gotten to do my works on it yet due to the weather, and no garage.

 

It depends on how big and deep the mark is as to whether the touch up pen would actually work,

if you'd be better off re spraying...

 

totally shyte when paint work gets marked by sum knob...
