Leaving the fold

Featured Replies

Sorry your leaving us Damo, I hope you can still contribute now and again.  Your the reason I bought my Sport, read your posts and pictures of your new car and had to have one.

The first Sport I saw in the flesh was Goodwood Festival of Speed last year, looked great and I have to say, a great addition to our family.

The Superb will be equally good, I am considering a Superb when I change my wife's Octavia.

Either that or a Yeti, new one when it comes out in 2-3 years.

I hope so mate, although its got a lot to live up to after the stonkingly good Citigo its replacing

In all honesty damo, Skoda don't produce a bad car do they?

Ok, we all have our favourites but they are all good.  Over the years I have driven them all in some shape or another, not driven a Spaceback yet but I will do.

Seriously though, the Superb is Superb, never met an owner that didn't like it.  And for a family of 5, the space in the back is great.  It will definitely be on my short list come change time.

We are a family of 4, we tend not to use the Citigo when we are all out together, being 6ft 4 I have the seat all the way back which leaves about the same room as a 911 in the rear but it is great for what we need it for.  And the best bit, it turns more heads than fancier cars in our village.  :giggle:

I get a lot of looks too where i live as i have never even seen another Citigo let alone a Sport. They must be very rare round here.

From one end to the other then Damo!! I took the Superb 170CR DSG estate out when it was release. Very nice car but massive! Great choice for a family car!
