As above really, anyone that has an induction kit fitted willing to lend me their vRS intake for an hour or two? will be returned in perfect condition.

Is it the stock one you are after? or as I have read the post, an aftermarket one?

 

Willing to lend you mine for 8:30am to lunch or lunch to 5pm one day if that's any use.

 

If it's the stock intake you can take it for as long as you need it as long as you pick up and drop off.

 

Wouldn't be averse to knowing what you plan to do with it of course before I hand it over

Guessing someone's after warranty work and needs an OEM look??  Sorry, mine's still on (hopefully not for much long).

Nope, far from it, mine is a 1.6CR and I'm looking to see if the old MK1 PD160 intake mod can still be done on a 1.6CR as the filters are the same part number (CR and 1.4 twin charger) and the airbox's look very similar.

 

Just looking for one to offer up to see if any hacking or slashing is required. All I'm looking to do is offer up a Mk2 vRS intake pipe to a Mk2 1.6CR airbox and see if there's potential. Nothing more nefarious that that, just looking for a small improvement in breathing on my CR as it's mapped and has a pipercross panel filter. I will leave the induction kit's to you youngsters I'm to old for such things
