I'd need to wash it again to remove the inevitable 'wash and wax' formula they'll have bought in bulk.

Yeah its a real problem this.

I always insist that they write on the work sheet...DO NOT WASH THIS CAR.

I also put an A4 sheet in the car with the same message.

To be fair.  I wouldn't dream of stealing their design.
