Ive managed to cancel the order on my tyres.

How difficult would it be to fit 225/40?

In not one for the stretched look im afraid.

I understand it would need spacers and arch rolling but would it be possible? Or am I biting off more than I can chew?

Cheers.

The only way i could see 225s going bud would be pos 225/35

Roll the front arches

Poss need to pop a smidge camber on the back

Ride height depending of course

As imo 35 profiles need to be dooooown

Fk or such that can lower more than 65mm like kw

I do have doubts.... But thats the only shot i think u have bud

Octys arnt space happy in the arch :(

Cheers Lloyd. The only problem I have is the smallest 18" tyre of the type im after are 225/40 :(

I think u will have trouble bud :(

The back i think if u ran -1 camber shims ( correct toe tho )

U mite..... Mite be ok if dont want decked

The fronts u can roll but i dont think the 225/40 will pull in enough :(

What tyre u after mate ?

Theres some good 225/35/18s

Im after the nankang ns2r a cheaper version of the r888 I read pretty good reviews and they should kope better than most with the power.

I know the ones, gna guess poo on the wet tho bud

Look funky tho,

U can get the vredesteins on 225/35

Very good rep on here, wet n dry

Goodyear aysemetric 2s have awesome write ups too

Ns2r are crap in the wet and there wear is terrible. I have them on mine and not lasting 10 months. They are great in the dry though.

Just been looking at the vredesteins and can only seem to find them in 215/35 or 225/40

The Goodyears are abit out of my price range unfortunately.

Its a second vehicle more of a toy really so its not often it'll be out in the wet which is why I looked at the nankangs.

Ive got some kumho rally tyres 220/645/18 which I fitted for a track day a while back and they were truly awesome But not road legal unfortunately.
