Front Valance Modification!

Hello to all members, sorry if this question has been asked before but I'm seeking the answer to this question.

I have owned from new a 2011 2lt TD auto Octavia L&K, & had it fitted with the Vrs boot spoiler from build, I've always prefered the look of the Vrs front lower valance with the mesh grill & strip DRL's, I've sought information from Skoda main dealers about having the Vrs front lower valance fitted & have got conflicting information as to whether it's possible, one says yes & the other says no because of the DRL electrical fittings & headlamp washers.

Do any of you on here have the definative answer & even better, if yes where I could get it done in the Kent/SE london area?
