New Special edition.....

Featured Replies

We're very excited to announce that in celebration of the new Yeti range we're launching a very special edition model – the Yeti Ice.

Going on sale today, the new model pioneers a radical new faux fur finish that has been developed by ŠKODA engineers working in the Himalayas. What do you think?

Any other Facebook users smiled at this today?

I did see that 1st April Announcement. lol

It should come with those lovely stick on eyelashes to stop the snow going into its "eyes".   :giggle:

I heard they were only going to be available to residents of San Seriffe

Looks good but probably have to go to a dog's hairdresser to get it cleaned properly, and will need brushing every morning to make it presentable for the commute to work!

a good few years ago BMW ran an April Fool on a sort of tyre pressure monitor......not too many years hence and TPM systems are quite easily found.

Who is to say that furry paint won't make it in the future....

Furrr Get It!!

"Jokes" like this leave me cold. Unlike that monster, who with that coat will be toasty in any environment. Can't imagine it would stay white for too long...shampoo to the ready!

Mind you, I think Skoda have some way to go before they reach the heady heights of April 1st buffoonery that Bmw have engaged in;

It would have been a tad more convincing if it were targetted at the interior.

A Yeti interior with furry seats ............. marketing opportunity perhaps ?

It already has! A few years ago for reasons I cannot guess at my employers (a local authority) took delivery of a liveried van with dark green flock paintwork.

It wasn't a success as it quickly wore through in patches and looked very moth-eaten, not the image they were trying to portray to the ratepayers I'm sure. I don't think it was kept on the fleet long and was either resprayed or replaced.
