Hi

I want to install an extra power outlet (cigarette plug) with power off when no ignition

It is going to be used as power for my gps unit

But which fuse should i use ? For this spareblade fuse. And how big should it be?

I am new to this, so any help is appreciated

I am going to order this fuse thing

But is it standard blade or mini blade. There is 2 types  :think:  but not sure what to call them :-)

Standard or Mini would be ok for a SatNav. Just use a 3A Fuse......and make sure you put a spare fuse in the Fuse Box if there's not already a spare!

The superb fuse box has both size fuses.

I have tapped off two of the larger fuses. (batt 12v and IGN 12v)

Less fiddly to use the larger.
