Photo edge softening in Photoshop

hey you can go on to the layer properties and you will find a edge fade or soemthing cant remember off the top of my head but if you click thru the options u will find it:) hopefully, if not you can go onto filter- look for render and go onto lighteffects or the other lighting one and look for OMNI if thats right you should find it
