TDI 90Bhp Tuning

Featured Replies

Hi there i am new to this forum and am looking for some advice.

I have a 2004 Skoda octavia 1.9 TDI which currently produces 90bhp.

i am really looking for more performance and will be getting a remap at some point.

but want to carry out some work before hand, i have done some research into changing the injectors for .216.

just wondering if anyone has done this and if they have received sufficient power gains?

thanks.

Injectors, decat and a remap are the usual suspects for them

Its been done quite a few times, instant 22% power gain by getting the 110bhp injectors,

and an ecu fueling adjustment.. to allow for the change :)

what size are the injectors from the 110bhp?

any good places to get a remap in the west midlands?

I dunno about mapping - wrong country,

but iirc the 110 bhp injectors are .216 stand to be corrected tho
