P.S. I have a picked up a rewards card/s & would be grateful if anyone buying food / puddings could use this when purchasing as i would like to redeem the points gained at the December meet to see if we can get something like - selection of side dishes to pick at -  maybe drink/s, or if there is enough a meal?

OMG - was advised that they want a £20 deposit 

 

As we are regulars they were happy to waive it    ( Phew - nearly a lost booking).

Just a thought - I'm getting old and have a curfew! Which is going to get worse when we move Half an hour in the wrong direction!

Hope to make this my second meeting and speak to some of the people that I missed on the last visit.

If you get too early the place might be full of kids running around screaming.

We normally have Taylor and Slotty running about screaming so makes no difference

I can't multitask Adam...Running and screaming...too many things at once...

Will either be in a Yeti L&K or a Fabia SE+ ( again)  depending on whether it has been delivered & PDI, can hopefully update before the day.

They're not a bad motor, I'm presuming its the new ST2/3 which has a bit of a following

ST3 Mike.

It handles really well and is a hoot to drive.

How people overlook it and go to buy a humdrum hot hatch I don't know.

Ford badge probably.

I'm in for this one.

Will make it but might be little late...I have a Cruise Control fitting booked with Ross and he's three hours away from me...if no traffic I should be with you by 8.00pm

Just had a call from dealer that 'Harry'(SWMBO has christened it )  the Yeti is at the dealers and will make every effort to have it ready for Sat am so i can bring it to the meet ( & hopefully Richard can show me where to put the rear facing camera ).

 

Otherwise it will be the Toy we come up in or 'Maddie' (SWMBO has christened it ) the MX5.

 

As it looks like rain over the weekend i would prefer it to be the Yeti.

I might have to pull out of this. One of my rear pads exploded!

Are newbies welcome? Might not be able to make Saturday as my local team has made the playoff finals so could be out celebrating long into the night but I've just joined the Skoda family with a new vRS hatch last week and wouldn't mind coming along to a few meets. Took a brief drive through Brands Hatch this evening but couldn't find any other Skoda's to play with.
