Can anyone advise on a good garage near Wigan for servicing an Octy?

I'm from Skelmersdale and i use Awesome gti in irlam...

AutoVolk in Chorley are highly well though of around here. I have taken all my previous VW's there, plus my current VRS. Ex-VW/Audi Techs and the Fred is really friendly and wont charge you for anything it does'nt need. 

I use Alex lawrie in Liverpool. Use to have them service my fabia. Now I just buy the parts and do it myself.

I use riverside-racing in Liverpool, not far from the airport. Good bunch of lads.

I use my driveway in Wigan.. easier and I know what oil is being put in :-)

Are you from wigan darran? I can highly recommend actons garage down wigan lane. Best garage i have ever delt with, friendly which sometimes you dont get at garages and they will not rip you off. They do a propper job and will talk you through and even show you what they have done. They have done many jobs for me and will be fitting my new 30mm springs next week

Where about in Skem are you mate? I used to live on Holland Park. Moved to Chorley last year. Plus one for AutoVolk. I've sent several people there and always get well looked after.

I used to take my SEAT to JVW at Haydock, and John who ran that now runs JJ's in Wigan. I think it's called JJ's VW and Audi centre. Always good quality and decent prices.

JVW is now a window tinting place, I'm in Haydock so not far off, quite often in Wigan never realised there were many members round here.
