We recently bought a 1.2. We'll be keeping it until it dies, so I want to work my way around it adding bits of protection - mud flaps, rear bumper and sill protectors etc. Is there anywhere cheaper than our dealer to buy the genuine Skoda bits?

I've bought my mudflaps and sill protectors from theskodashop.co.uk

Heko wind deflectors came from ebay - not a protection item but do give the car a lot more presence, plus when parked in hot weather you can leave the window open an inch without advertising the fact.

There's a lovely set of chrome sill protectors for only £50 on ebay at the moment.
