who has theses fitted? as iv just phoned a company who gave me a great discount on it and wondering if its worth it and what it actually sounds like if any vids about.

Few vids on youtube fella. They sound really good - for a diesel. More of a deeper sound than standard and the tailpipes are lovely

I have a Milltek cat back and I love it. Looks and sounds good.

Not too loud unlike the piper I found.

I had the miltek on mine sounded awesome.

 

miltek is louder at higher rpm and the piper is louder lower down

I have a miltek cat back and tbh when I put it on I hardly noticed a difference in sound or power, I then removed the cat amd what a difference! The sound is beautiful it sounds more like a petrol than a diesel (nice at mid to high range revs, but low down still quiet and unobtrusive) also the rev range and torque seemed to last a little longer this was before I had it remapped after the remap things only got better :-P my advice, at that price go for it!

I love that sound!

No mine has never made the siren noise, although my friends completley standard leon does it super loud! I dont know why this happens lol

It is awful that noise. Mine still has the car and doesn't do it I'm glad to say.

Milltek on my vrs sounds excellent for a diesel.

Get the turbo back decat system

Just a note, a decat is now illegal. And unless you know an MOT tester that will over look this, it's a fail.

And even if you got an MOT your insurance would become void.

Even if it is declared?  It's not illegal per se, it is just not to MOT requirements, which is a civil, not a criminal matter.
