Hey,

My sunroof recently ceased to work one day whilst open. The motor will not make any sounds so I suspect thats the problem but I was just wondering, without having to replace at this moment in time could it be shut maunally and if so how.

If you download the octavia tour owners manual from the sticky on the main octavia 1 page on here, then turn to page 48, the procedure is listed there with diagrams of how to do it.

If you pop the sunroof control plastics off carefully there is an allen key tool behind it and a socket to open and close the roof.
