Another one that occurred to me - nice cars that are poorly looked after. Foe example I've seen filthy $200,000 AMG Mercs with kerbed wheels and scraped bumpers, and an Aston in a similar state. Makes me sad.

People who do 40 in a 60 limit then keep doing 40 through the 30 limit villages! And People who drive fast on straights but crawl round bends!

  • One that mildly annoys me is when people don't acknowledge that you've let them through or out at a junction.  A simple nod or wave would suffice.

  • Cars being made to look like something they aren't. e.g. a 520d with an M badge on.

Mis-aligned rear number plates, especially on a brand new car......arghhhh!!!

A dairy-farmer friend in Somerset had a beautiful red Ferrari, but never washed it from one year to the next.   I was allowed to "borrow" it one afternoon and washed it for him as a way of saying thank you.   It nearly broke my heart to see that the paintwork was permanently damaged by long-standing bird muck and tree sap but his attitude was "I want the car for what she goes like, not what her looks like!"
