Would be good if they did this on the Spaceback so you could get the Ray wheels factory fit..

Signed up today as I now own a Rapid Sport! Not that it's arrived yet - dealer tells me it's 'at the docks', so hopefully not too long now. How long did other peoples' take to arrive from order?

Do the 'originals' differ in any way other than in just white? Also my dealer didn't think they had the lower black door trim/decal fitted as illustrated in the brochure!?

The "originals" were white although they do say that they can be ordered in other colours now.   The "originals" were strictly limited to one per UK dealership, meaning 200 destined for the UK in total.

The black stripe depicted in the photograph is, sadly, not on the UK specification.  If you fancy doing it is an addition, the enhancements are available from:

Why, thank you!   :clap:     I am pleased with her and with the Excellent Customer Service from Colbornes of Guildford. (well, Peasmarsh actually!)     

After she has been at home and running errands for 24 hours, I have to report I am well pleased with her - I really don't mind that she is designed for the British market and doesn't have black on the door sills and doesn't have an armrest!   I think she's beautiful just the way she is and she drives well too.

Please ignore any mention in the motoring reviews of a "harsh ride" or "crashing through potholes" - she drives as smoothly as my Polo did but with more space and with that 1.2 TSI 105 bhp engine, she does it with more panache, especially when the turbo kicks in!

I took my dad out in my Rapid recently and he commented how well damped it was. It's firm, but not harsh I find.
