  1. Cable mentioned here works fine with Nextbase 332GW dash cam and ignition switches it off. not sue if parking mode would work??
  2. Hi, Does anybody know if Mk 3 roof bars fit on the new Mk4 hatchback?
  3. I am also suffering this problem, had a poke in the jets and helped slightly b stopping again. Now worried and will check all of the above ;<(
  4. It was replaced and 1 1/2 year later as bad as ever and even worse as leather now gooey and got told no replacement warranty so stuck wit it!!
  5. Absolute piffle, you have got to learn how to drive and use the fuel and environment saving facility. It's not rocket science for goodness sake!!! ;<)
  6. I have the 1.2 DSG and you have to learn how to work with Start /stop. i had some issues originally 2 1/2 years ago! But now love and S/S and the smoothness of the car and getting up to speed etc. Try the "launch" mode i.e. in cruise control temp switch off, then after slowing down rengage and it will drive upto preset speed rapidly!! ;<)
  7. Agree here, have had these Goodyear Efficient Grip tyres across 3 cars and always been great wet grip and quiet ;<)
  8. Hi Mine was also replaced FOC as it was on my Rapid DSG
  9. Tyres changed and front alignment done at ATS/Blackcircles.
  10. Hi Gerry,Excuse my ignorance, is the Octavia "Torsion bar rear" as wheel wear at rear appears even, does this mean simple front 2 wheel alignment?
  11. Advice request, My car i discovered (at dealer service ) has bad inside tyre wear/scrub (see photo) and dealer says needs alignment done, price quoted is £60 +VAT. Do Skoda dealers normally do 2 or 4 wheel alignment? Does a front wheel drive need 4 wheels done? (2 is cheaper obviously) i.e. back tyres are showing even wear?
