I have already taken screen shots, there is no way I am letting her get anything without a fight, she could have pushed her luck and got whip lash pay out but since she seems to be going for large amount I be fighting all the way, kinda glad there were 2 cops present when this happened as they took down all the details and asked everyone if they were ok and had any injuries to which everyone including her replied they were fine and no injuries lol

If you look at the video again there is some one walking over the road, even though the lights are green, the car infront of the Volvo stops as the pedestrian is in the middle of the road, which in turn stops the Volvo the Clio and then you hitting the Clio just be glad it wasn't worse than what it was mate
