Ouch indeed... Pity the volvo muppet didnt hang around after it too, expalin why he stopped in the middle of the road for no reason...

nope police walked from the middle of the main road towards me then walked into the right hand lane as I was moving away, and come over when the bump happened

probably coz the stupid idiot was just rubber necking to see what was going on with the police there.  That is the cause of many accidents , people deciding to slow down and brake for no reason.

update on this.... after 6 months I have now received a letter from a claims company where the passenger is looking for a hefty sum for injuries, 6 months off work, depression and might never be able to return to work  

gave them a quick call today and said see you in court lol

I bet he suffers from impotence too

lol yea there was a woman in passenger seat, I just burst into laughter when I got the letter today, was funny reading everything that has resulted and what injuries she has.. what was even funnier was to find out she took part in a charity event 2 weeks ago where she seemed fit and happy to take part in a physical event.. the joys of having a very strange name, being from a smallish town and facebook llf 

Make sure its all documented before it mysteriously disappears when they realize the blunder

Some people have no shame.  Once it gets thrown out of court, I would do my best to ensure that everyone knows that is she a scamming faker.

Get as much evidence as you possibly can, pictures of this event she participated in and anything else you can get your hands on.
