Why to avoid ebc brakes

Featured Replies

I'm running yellow stuff on the front of mine, thought would try them as a good reviews and a lad from work swears by them in his fully caged track M3 he's got out at his house at the nurburgring.

In 312mm fitment for mine they were almost half the price of DS2500's, paid £80 from Larkspeed via E-Bay :)

Oh yeah,I had the same thing happen years ago with greenstuff on the rear of my cosworth :(

All the negative comments about greenstuff pads make me glad I never fitted them to my car when I fitted my 312mm fronts. I'll be honest it was all the reviews that swayed me and this sort of backs that decision up quite well. I ended up going for Brembo pads all round and they've been great up to now (about 1000 miles old). Brembo seem to be great value, decent performance on the road and I paid much less than it would've cost me to fit greenstuff pads all round; they only set me back about 70 quid I think - I can't yet comment on how they'd stand up to any abuse on a track though
