Saying goodbye to my Skoda!

The Jaguar purist might be a bit miffed right now if the big blue oval hadn't stepped in and the brand that he so loved,was no more!!   I didn't realise until after I made my purchase, that the S80 was based on the same platform that the Mondeo/SMax/Galaxy was based on but in hind sight, it's not a bad thing. Basic running gear spares are easily sourced and reasonably inexpensive.

I paid €9500 for a car that was €70,000 new. I wouldn't stand a chance of getting a 2009 Mondeo TitaniumX for €9500 and would still fall way short on power and spec!!!
