New turbo is required in my Octavia vrs has anyone had to replace theirs?

Was quoted 1.5k from skoda for a standard replacement ....has anyone upgraded their turbo and where did you look?

Nope, but my personal local Skoda dealership, who shall remain nameless, is the last place on earth I'd call on.

 

Don't Darkside Developments specialize in that kind of thing?

I've been in contact with darkside....cheers hopefully won't be crazy prices haha

I'd also avoid a main dealer if possible.

 

As above it will be well worth travelling to visit a specialist.
