Well that's it, my order is in!

 

Went in intent on ordering a Metal Gray or Rosso Brunello Elegance Estate 170 DSG, with Ivory leather and wood inserts.

 

They had a twin door in Rosso Brunello and I just didn't like it, and SWMBO declared the Metal Gray "boring and a bit too Audi" so that was out too.

 

The dealer teased me by accidentally saying that Storm Blue was available. It's a great colour but it's NOT available - gutted!

 

So I have ended up with the 'classic' combo of Brilliant Silver with Onyx leather.

 

Ditched the wood inserts because the standard ones no the Elegance not actually look like brushed aluminium and not the nasty silver plastic of my 2011 twindoor SE.

 

Other choices were the Luxon alloys, MDI, boot floor with partition system and the upgraded sound system.

 

Although I'd really wanted a light interior to make the car feel different, I'm really pleased with my eventual choice, as the black leather is really nice.

 

Just have to wait for my lease to expire, so change-over date is 20th August.

 

 

Odd how things happen. I was going for Black with Oynx. Ended up ordering Amethyst with Ivory.
