What a morning...

Featured Replies

So on my way to work and while going over some speed bumps I get a flat tyre.... RAGE! Council grumble grumble...

Luckly there is a spot to pull in just down the road... So pill in get the gear out to change the tyre and bigger me the spare is the wrong offset! RAGE!! Stupid garage!!!

Luckly there is a HiQ literally 100m down the road... So here I am sat on the doorstep of HiQ waiting for them to open and late for work....

What a day!

On the plus side the spare has an eagle f1 on it that is brand new so that's getting swapped to me alloy. Still need to rage at the garage o bought it from though!

Was it raining aswell !!

Can only improve -

Jesus how fast did you hit the speed bump? Sounds like one of those mornings though! :(

Lucky you didn't flat-spot the rim if you pinched the tyre flat!

Hit the speed bump at about 15mph... No idea how it popped it. Actually heard it go....

Well soon as the tyre place opened they where able to swap the true over and check to see if it was still straight. (apparently its fine, so lucky there!)

Also called the garage it came from. They where very apologetic for the incorrect spare and are sorting me out a replacement.

All turned out ok apart from me having to buy a new tyre and being nearly 2 hours late for work...
