Vrs tuning advice please

Featured Replies

Hi there, I'm currently thinking about changing cars, I want something a bit faster. Been looking at Skoda Ovtavia Vrs, but will want to increase the power a bit as they don't seem that quick.

Will be having a remap done which should leave me with about £700 for supporting mods, what can I do with that much money? And how many BHP should I get at the end of it?

Thanks in advance.

Been savvy and getting used but good parts from here or ebay you should get everything you need for stage 2 which should see you somewhere between 230-250bhp

Sounds good to me. What parts do I need for a stage 2?

You will need a diff !

I've got a new unused toyosports fimic with unused boost gauge for sale if your interested,

Stage 2,

Fimic

Decat

Turbo back exhaust

Upgraded panel filter or cold air feed

Remap

Dump valve

I'm sure there's a few other things too,

Most people send a little money on making the car handle a little better chucking more bhp in like the uprated front and back anti roll bars.

You love your diff!!! :)

I wish I had one too...

But after reading your build thread it will deffo be on the cards, I'll have to wait till next year for it, but it will be worth the wait!

The Wavetrack in my octy is awesome. And should be installed before you chase BHP. Even in a totally standard car .
