Oh dear, I had now developed an oil leak, getting worse over last couple of days. I don't use car much but noticed smearing of oil on sump before put car away a few days ago. I got car out today and alas a small puddle of oil on floor. I had good idea it was from sump plug, trip to my oh so favorite dealer and they replaced the incorrect washer which was used and replaced the oil at the same time as way to hot to save. I'm not sure I believe what I was told but apparently the washer from the factory was replaced like for like at service but they have since discovered these leak after being disturbed so they have installed a "different washer" which solves the problem. Well it's back home and no leaks so far. Please let that be the end of what should of simply been a first service and not an argument, a paint job and yet another return to this dealer!

That's awful. Just as well you had the camera too and you could easily have taken it further! Dare I ask, if it's not making it too obvious, if this dealer is the one with a second branch further up the A2? Appreciate you don't want to name and shame publicly so, if you don't mind, could you PM me the name if that question makes it too obvious? I'd like to know who to avoid!
