'pH Neutral' indicates non acid or alkaline.

I remain confident in its safety and cleaning ability

It is strange, I keep meaning to get some hp sticks from work to test it.

Wrongly used, most liquids can cause paint problems.

This is our family Polo formerly parked long term in a leaky garage. Ordinary rain water caused the paintwork damage in the attached photo. TFR is only a problem if incorrectly used.
