They asked me to sign that 34f7 field action had been carried out and also gave me a worksheet as before with the heated seats to say what work had been carried out and that it was done at no cost under warranty. They stamped service book and indicated brake fluid change no mention of dsg. They did not mention warranty on the dsg. But they did not charge me for mot or brake fluid change just 12 quid for a day with the little white hire car. Must have been covered by previous service plan.

Finally booked mine in to have the G'box oil change on 23rd July. Feel a bit nervous as it has always run perfectly without any glitches up to now.

 

It is a bit more reassuring that we have not seen lots of posts of people experiencing problems after having the work done, it is after all I suppose nothing more than just an oil change but I just hate having to mess with something that isn't broken.
