Expect proper treatment and inspection by someone qualified to give an opinion, and to get approval 

for a proper repair as to Factory Standard.

 

That is proper Quality Controlled standard, not how they allowed your car to leave the factory.

OK if they start off at a Dealer with a Workshop Manager or Warranty Manager looking and taking Pictures to send to 

Skoda UK.

Or a Body Shop Manager if there is one.  But do not be put off, if they try to put you off.

Raise a Case with Skoda UK Customer Services if the Dealer is being less than great with their Customer Services.

As it is the Manufacturers Warranty is paying to have the fault rectified and any others checked for and also repaired.
