It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the face of the applicator is not sponge, more like a very soft suede material, very nice to work with.

Just an update - i see Marco at Nano Pro is testing out some new applicators.

Only in the test phase - but due for release in 2015 all being well...

The red eBay ones are ok, but not a patch on the quality of the current Nano applicators. So on that basis I expect the new range to be better than the red eBay ones. Hope that helps.

I love the quality of the red eBay ones so they must be good.

Still my favs are Nippon shines applicators.

I like the MF pads for liquid waxes..I find they work better

Some of the new sample applicators have finally started to arrive.... hope to test out soon 

 

Finally, Marco@Nano Pro has settled on his 2015 applicator stock..... so looking forward to these arriving soon.

Yes similar to the ADS and also the KKD 2-Face style as well.

 

Price not confirmed though.

 

I've settled on the KKD applicators with the bulk price i get.
