Who's fitted drl's to there mk2's ? And how have u done it, any pics anyone wanna see what's out there

Also where are people getting the rear led light units from they look cool and are they easy to fit

DRL's:

Many people have installed many different ones.

Electronically I used a relay that took a feed from a switched live in th fusebox to switch them on, then a feed from the sidelights to switch them to dim (thus keeping legal ).

Not cheap but easyish to fit as per Alex's post. They look pretty good I think and reasonably OEM. See this thread:

Replace the front fog lights with a pair of these...

I think the problem arises in that the pre-fl vRS had nowhere to put them and keep an OEM look, unless you replace the front bumper and take Adam's idea. (I do like those ones)

It's hard to tell with out seeing them fitted I prefer the headlight units

If you are going to spend that sort of money get the OEM LED DRL's from the Fabia vRS and get an auto electrician to wire them up (in place of the front fog lights) properly for you...
