Yes. Fabric.seems to go whitefish if you catch it with your fingernails.

A good all purpose cleaner and a soft nylon brush then wiped over with a microfibre cloth. Works a treat and gets rid of the awful white marks the fabric seems to attract.

Any idea what cleaner is best?

Any cleaner will do pretty much. A very weak mixture of flash should be fine and water will be fine if you don't have any dedicated car interior cleaner.

It just seems like it is delicate cloth type material
