I have only had this about 6 months and really don't want to take out send back etc for warranty.

 

It has started saying "Please insert navigation DVD" it is all on the hdd. But when I press eject it won't eject the DVD which happens to be Peppa Pig lol

 

All the other buttons work apart from map nav and MEDIA

 

MEDIA when pressed just hangs saying "System srarting ...." and you guessed it never starts.

 

The phone pairs the bluetooth works as I can see it on the maxidot just the Columbus seems a bit screwed. Is there a factory reset?

 

Any help much appreciated as I am lost with out my sat nav ;)

Done that thanks, disconnected battery. Seems hdd failure happens on these. Hopefully still under warranty.

Did a factory reset too I think it's screwed :(
