Hi i have a 1.3lx skoda felicia and it has a problem when shiftingintto first its very hard especially when the engine is hot but its not always, some of the time it shifts nicely but most of the time no, what could be bad? if its the cable adjustment i want to know how i can adjust it properly

thanks i adjusted the clutch cable for my clutch its now grabbing almost at the top, gears are shifting fine everythings easy

Im having problems again with my clutch when completely stopped the shifter eont move in any gear but when in motion even when like 2mph it moves easily also when the car is off the gears shift very easy whats the problem ?
