Any damage from Trax?

Featured Replies

I have a cracked windscreen. Just been out to inspect it and a stone has hit the edge and cracked it. I thought it was cracked driving home but only just checked, its a good 3 inches long coming from drivers side A pillar. It happened just after I just the pub. And to make it worse, it was a French car that did it, a Renault Scenic :finger: . I'll go through insurance one day.

Anyone else get any damage?

i grounded once but seems fine :)

Yup, we may all need to invest in a sump guard of some sort  GB anyone?

No damage for me, too :chicken: this year to go on track - awaiting Anglesey or other track day though

mines scrapped off the ground a few times but no damage

and sorry i was more social, spoke to a few people on the stand but i was shattered, should have taken some pro-plus with me.

didnt even make the track!! missed the briefing plus was too tired to concentrate if i did go on. :(

nice to meet the people i spoke to and i apologise to everyone else if i seemed ignorant.

Saw one of the drift cars overcook the first bend and lose a sideskirt. Was funny to see it fly up in the air.

No damage for me though - cav was perfect really. :)

I know, I kinda wish I had left earlier but ho-hum, pub was good and you cant predict these things really. I couldve left with you and it happen then and I'd have been wishing I'd gone to the pub.

too pub or not too pub, that is the question :)

Was that at the circuit or on the back roads to Trax, it looked bad from behind, must have made a lovely noise from inside your car. And the trailer?

I suffered from power loss on my third lap round and it didn't clear itself. Found the cause later, two coil packs had popped out of the block and my lovely clean engine bay had been sprayed with oil leaking out of the join between my intercooler hose and throttle body. Still, nothing expensive to fix.

it was on the way there, made an awful sound and led to all 3 of us flinching at the very sight of every single bump for the rest of the day :o

That'll be the one I witnessed following you, no sparks sadly but a load of tarmac debris/dust was flung up.... no engine/gearbox oil though :D

thank god

Only damage I can think of is I've probably put on half a kilo thanks to Benjie's awesome burgers :o

I think I'm a small %% further down my road to skin cancer.... Damn I gotta learn to use suncream a bit more often!

Oh, and I got an awful pain behind my left shoulder blade. :( Can't really pin that on TRAX itself but it was killing me last night - seemed to just come on during my drive home. Odd.
