My car has now decided to get a bit of a grumble/ vibration at pretty much 2.25k rpm in all gears, it definitely dies down with the clutch depressed but onky when moving nit stationary, im thinking fly wheel, as im at 97k on the standard one....

Any more suggestions?

Sounds just like mine was. At a guess, I would say gearbox.
