They tend to get the model first, the MK1 was a Chinese Passat,

 

Looking at the shots it suggests a large scale Octy 3, and very nice imo.

I know that MK1 was actually Chinese Passat, and with no offense I respect other people opinions I just dont like Mk2 or these Chinese Mk3...Mk2 facelift not bad IMHO tough.

But if would look like those blue and red actually I may buy new car. Sincerily I very much doub it.

It is being dropped apparently....well according to various reports anyway due to cost and weight.

Yeah I like it too.  I think because of the sheer size and level that the car is pitched at that a hatch only doesn't quite suit it and may even make it less desirable.  The hatch is hugely practical of course

That's true enough....I think if they give the new Superb a sleeker shape like the CC of the A5 or A7 as you say it may just work. I'd imagine there will have to be a slight trade-off on head room in the rear though.

Am holding back until I see the Combi. However if that doesn't come out until later and not available until late 2015, early 2016, then it is highly possible I'll be in a very late run out Superb 2 or something completely different.

It's not going to look either as exciting as the concept or as staid as the still disguised red car.. I'd prefer to wait for the official first photos before getting all negative now.

Signs are it should be significanthly better looking than the current car though.

Yes, exterior design will be better than today's conventional design yet very functional! But, interior will be an upmarket Octavia and nothing overwhelming I reckon....Hope to have some surprises
