Upon breaking at a junction last night I was greated with a sound similar to they rythmic thud of a flat tyre resinating around the cabin. However as I pulled away this sound dissapeared, once home I checked the tyre pressure and all are fine.

 

There is wear left on the rear brake pads and no sounds can be heard from outside the vehicle.

 

Someone at work has suggested checking the wheel nuts ... is there any other suggestions ?
