Today engine Amber ligh come up and emissions check , code16856, ive got superb 2.0 TDI 140, could b sensor g450? How much is the new one and labour cost?

No idea how much it costs or whether that will fix your problem.  You don't want to run with it failed for long though as you may end up with a blocked DPF.
