Does anyone know the part number for the cruise control indicator stalk?

It's to replace the standard one in my 2006 octavia sport.

I'm thinking it's 1K0 953 513 A

But I want to make sure before I buy it, also am I right in thinking I just need to add the stalk and the have the car put on VCDS to enable cruise control?

I don't understand that site mate, I just want to confirm the part number of the one I'm looking at before I purchase it.

And also if it was just a case of fit it and enable in VCDS

You may also need a new Steering Wheel Controller. Depends which one is fitted to your Skoda.

If you will need to change a Steerimg Wheel Controller I have a correct one from my vRS available for Cruise Control...
