didnt make it home but managed to get to a garage about 5 miles after it went to zero left.

It was starting to cut out... 485 miles on one tank :)

485 miles that's impressive. My best is 470.

I've also once done 20 miles with the range on zero.

I'm about to do a 474 mile trip, seeing this makes me want to try it on one tank, let's see what happens

I did exactly the same thing two weeks ago when I went to Glasgow from Norwich which was 430miles.

 

I was about 10 miles away from the hotel when the computer said I had 5 miles left, I was determined to get there on one tank though lol

 

I am going to try and use even less fuel on the way back tommorow via the National Meet, I just wish that going south meant going downhill :D

Im definitely sure that the serpens alloys have a considerable negative effect on economy.

I've actually found that my economy seems to be slightly better with the serpens but this may be down to the eco tyres I put on them?
