Yep all of the above! Hooding it can be welded! Just had the car dropped at the garage! I will let you know how it goes tomorrow!

3 nuts pedal off little weld

So got my car back last night, mechanic managed to weld the metal bit that came away form the pedal and replaced a clip/fitting.

He also said one of the components was seized alittle so freed it off and greased everything.

It came to the grand total of £40! And it feels better then ever before. Clutch change feels a lot lighter if you get what u mean. Result really. I thought it was going to be a new pedal box or something!

Sounds like you were lucky. When mine went it bent the master cylinder rod aswell which resulted in that needing to be changed.

Mine did, put managed to straighten it out.

Yea fingers crossed it holds out for another 107k haha!
