What Offset?

Featured Replies

what offset is correct for the vRS if your fitting 18x8 or 18x7.5 alloys?

ive been told the vRS alloys are 38 offset, so will it be the same?

No, it will be different. Not sure what it will be, but it will probably be 32 and 35 respectively.

all depends on what suspension / tyre combo you want to run..

or *can* run, as there may be a limit.

I am going to run ET34 on 8.5" wheels but the wheels will still be on the verge of being to far out. Be sure to check the clearence between calipers and spokes as well as the front struts.

you will find the rears can pull in along way as high as ET 40 but the fronts are better sticking out for handling reasons..

Surely ET 34 on 8.5" rims would rub on the strut?

on front or rear.. front y rear no..

No, I have about 10mm clearence now with ET30 so 4mm less shouldn't be a problem. Atleast thats what the proffesionels have recommended.

although anything fit on one side....:p
