Sounds good, price is quite cheap if it is a performance cam.

Haven't heard of them before but doesn't mean that's a bad thing.

Newman Cams are good, the Ford lads use them alot in Turbos & Cosworths, i think a 276 cam is a fast road cam.

Will probably need a remap to get best out of it

Newman cams sponsored the mk2 gti championship and were an option cam as opposed to the standard cam! I had some in my 8v and they were very good quality! I think thats a decent price! Unless your running big power though i don't know if you'll notice a massive difference

People do seem to say under 260bhp it's pointless

P008700 - Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too Low

2012 1.2tdi Greenline Fabia II. Keeps throwing up the fault code P008700. Coil/glow plug light flashes for the remainder of the journey but resets when you come to start the car again. Does not go into limp mode and is intermittent. Changed fuel filter, in tank lift pump, fuel rail, fuel rail pressure sensor and fuel rail pressure regulator, but still appears periodically. Any suggestions as to the cause or other courses of action to try and eliminate this issue. Thanks

Hi Ive noticed my start stop system isnt working and car showing high power consumption when i switch the start stop system to on. Doing so even when no air con is on etc. Display even said engine needed to be running evening though it was! Im guessing battery is on its way out?

Hi, new to forum. Hopefully someone might be able to help. 2011 Octavia Scout, 2.0 diesel. Will start and immediately cuts out. No comms with any module except ECM via k-line. Have changed Gateway module, ECM and instrument cluster for known working units. Unplugged every module. Checked every fuse. All relays good. Other faults - electric windows not working, engine fans running, parking brake warning light flashing. Do not appear to have any commas on Can Bus, would be grateful for any suggest

This is a follow up to a previous question I posed recently. I had a 2008 vRS for over 12 years and really loved it before moving on to something different. Looking to getting back into vRS ownership again and toying with the idea of finding one with the 4x4 drive train. If anyone has been able to compare the two, is there a noticeable improvement in road handling with this variant? Thanks

I’m having a issue on start-up from cold there is a noticeable lumpy idling. This hasn’t caused any massifier codes when scanning via VCDS. Last year as part of the service the sparkplugs were changes but the rough idol is getting more noticeable. My Audi had the same issue that eventually resulted in constant misfire. That was diagnosed as having a carbon build-up. I don’t want to have the same issue occurring with the Fabia. As the CTHE is direct injection and has done 41k miles I’m guessin
