Guys today my windows stopped responding to opening or closing via the remote key?!

Anyone knows what could cause this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think you might be able to disable it through the settings on the stereo.

I rechecked it and it was active

I disabled and enabled it again but didn't help.

Reset the opening and closing to factory settings and try again.

Car does have key memory. Do you use the two different keys supplied with the car independently?

I locked my car the other day with the spare ive never used and the alarm disnt chirp; because by default its not enabled.

So long as comfort opening closing is enabled on the infotainment for the key that last opened the car it should all work. I personally dislike it anyway as on a few occasions have come out to find all my windows have opened.

I tried reset from the infotainment to factory settings but no help

No I didn't change the key or anything

Actually after this problem I tried the spare key but no go

I don't think I have the keys with memory , when I want to open the windows I just press long on the opening button.

The problem was with the front passenger window

My wife forgot it open yesterday so at morning i found that the one touch open and close is not woking with it + the opening via remote

I found similar problem on audi forum and the solution was to reset the wrong window by closing it then holding the button up for some seconds after that one touch worked then i tried via remote and it worked just fine
