Featured Replies

hi guys im putting my lump back together tonight could anyone plz tell me the torque setting for the big ends and pd150 head bolts? cheers

No idea on big ends but you need to do the headbolts from the middle to outside in stages 1) 40Nm 2) 60Nm 3) 90 degrees 4) 90 degrees.

The last 2 stages is best done with a long rigid bar, not a ratchet.

The big end bolts are also stretch bolts, this is why many people fit ARP bolts instead.

Here you go

30nm

90 degrees

From auto data

And main end if you need them

65nm

90 degrees

Here you go

30nm

90 degrees

From auto data

For the headbolts?  That doesn't correspond to my Skoda manual with says 40/60 and 2 x 90 degrees

He asked for big ends you already did head bolts
