Who uses poorboys

Featured Replies

Hi guys after a long wait from yodel my Poorboys wax has arrived but my question is i know it's a paste wax but is it correct to be runnyish as in you can move it around the pot

thanks

If it's Natty's, mine was/is solid, certainly not moving anywhere

That's what i thought mate as mine is nattys... ita almost like a porridge texture

I've had the natty's Blue.  It was the consistency of the shower scrub stuff my missus uses - like really thick sorbolene or pot set yoghurt.  I wouldn't describe nattys as a paste as such - it's not like Collonite.

I apply by hand - no pads or applicatorss.  Let your body heat melt the wax & apply in a herringbone pattern

yeah ive done that but doesnt fully set but think thats the way forward

Mine is very liquid, a bit like thin cream. It is okay but I miss Halfords own brand of similar, I think it used to be called Readywax. When I went to renew it, I was told the Poorboys was the nearest thing to it.
