I used to think that but its probably that nobody knows, or the person that does know has not read the post yet.

This forum  used  to give me the impression of styling mods and hints for VRS 's  rather than mechanical tips and hints and cures for common Octys  but after a while I've changed my mind.

I don't know about your problem  but get somebody to start the engine with the bonnet up and you watch to see if the engine does move and what way.

Does this really matter? I'd be more concerned if there was excessive rocking and vibration when the engine was running. With an internal combustion engine I'm just glad when the d**n thing starts.
